Since the Mennonite Christian Purkÿ has agreed to the lease conditions for the dairy farm Wall in the protocol of his agreement with the Mennonite Joseph Stalter on the 6th of November of last year and in the summary protocol of Herr Deibel [? name not quite clear], and recently confirmed as binding and sincere; and since Burkÿ has already met the payment in cash for the first term, 992 guilders, 37 2/3 kreuzer, we hereby confirm the transfer of the lease of the Wall dairy farm from Jos. Stalder to the aforesaid Christian Burkÿ. Therefore, he should henceforth be considered the tenant of the dairy farm Wall and the finance office in Tölz should consider this lease transfer an accomplished fact on the basis of the original lease contract and the protocols and immediately record it at the earliest opportunity.
    The originally submitted protocols follow.
