    He is survived by his wife, Jean Blackwell of Washington, MO;
    Two step-sons, Keith Koch and wife Wendi of IA and Jesse Koch of Washington, MO;
    Four step-grandchildren, Austin Koch, Nicole Fangmann (Matthew), Jessica and Levi Koch;
    One step-great-grandchildren, Harper Fangmann;
    One brother, John Venneri of PA.
    Visitation for 84 year old N. Dean Blackwell will be Monday October 21, 2019 from 9-11 a.m. at the Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington, MO.
    Funeral Service will be Monday October 21, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington, MO.
    Burial with full military honors to follow in the St. Francis Borgia Cemetery.
    In lieu of flowers memorials may be given Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), Gray Summit United Methodist Church, Our Lady Lourdes Church or St. Francis Borgia Church.
