    • --- Lived on the farm, near Tofield, Alberta, Canada, which was originally purchased in 1912 by his father, Joseph Eli Kauffman. He farmed there all of his life, until retiring and moving to the town of Tofield (1972). The farm is still (1996) in the Kauffman family. Youngest son, Joseph lives there.
