  Obit: Published in Beacon News on October 5, 2010 Rosemary Elizabeth Kipper Smith passed away Sunday, October 3, 2010, with her family at her side. Survived by husband, Dean Smith, she was a loving mother to Lawrence and Sandy Hernandez, Diane and Ben Deleon, Carol Williams, Gillian and Kathy Hernandez, Rosemary and William See, Joseph and Pamela Hernandez, Christopher and Sheri Hernandez, 25 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren. Rosemary is also survived by brother, Thomas Kipper. She was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Margaret Kipper; two children, infant daughter, Susie Hernandez, Barbara Russell; brother, Louis Kipper; sister, Joann Rayman. The wake will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday and the funeral is Thursday, October 7, 2010, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at: Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home 839 Lehman Dr. Chester, IL 62233
