  • Notes
    • Representative from Estill County in 1838.

The inventory of his estate as recorded in Estill County, dated Aug 11, 1860, contains, in part, the following: silver spoons and plates, grain, hogs, oxen, cows, steers, 80 head of cattle at $60, and slaves amounting to $9,725. The vast number of notes he had gone on as security proves the Park failing for generosity, and the desire to help one less fortunate as well as trust in his fellowman. [3]
