    • The couple was married in the “famous” brick house four miles west of Washington, IL. [This would no doubt be the house that Andrew

      “At some point, Lizzie and her husband were divorced. Edward was living in Mervin, MO in 1914 according to his father’s obituary so they must have been divorced by that year.

      “Mom remembers that Lena Unzicker and Lizzie King left the area for points west. She remembers that Lizzie loved men and had a house on the edge of Holdrege, possibly a house of “ill repute.”

      Left Holdrege area and lived on 1280-acre ranch twenty miles north of Cheyenne, WY, with a large herd of cattle. [2, 3]
