    • Obit: The Herald of Truth - January 15, 1899 - page 30

      STALTER. - On the 15th of November, 1898, near Tiskilwa, Bureau Co., Ill., Sister Catharine, wife of Jacob Stalter, aged 53 years and 8 days. Buried on the 17th in the Willow Springs graveyard. Funeral services by Joseph Buercky in German and by Pre. McCormick in English . The deceased leaves four sons and two daughters, beside many relatives and friends to mourn her death.
