  Married: At parent’s “River House” overlooking the Neuse River. “Kati and David's "wedding" was just with their immediate family, a couple of hours before the reception at 5:00 PM, so I don't any of the details of the ceremony. The reception was at Emily and Paul's "River House" overlooking the Neuse River in New Bern. The weather was perfect (a bit warm, but not overbearing for the South). We stayed through the evening, then met for Sunday morning brunch at one of David's relative's home.” Phil
