In the year one thousand eight hundred twenty-one, on the eighteenth of the month of February at eight o'clock in the morning, there appeared before ourself Conrad Broedel officer of civil registration of the community of Wilgartswiesen, Mayoralty of Wilgartswiesen, Canton of Annwei- ler, Commissariat of Bergzabern, Royal Bavarian Rhine County: Kasimir Fro?hlich, day-laborer at Hofstetten, aged forty six, who showed us a child of female sex and declared, that it was born on the present day at five o'clock in the morning of him the declarant and his wife Catharina Reißel and shall have the first name Catharina. Said declaration and presentation was happened in the presence of Georg Schro?der aged sixty one, community worker and of Michael Bro?del aged thirty-four, farmer, both residents at Wilgartswiesen, the witness signed the present birth record toge-
ther with ourself after it had been aloud to them.
