    • 1943, Obituary of Louis KRUG, second husband of Anna Maria DULLY WUBBEN
      Morton, Nov. 13, Louis Krug 75, Groveland, who had been afflicted with heart trouble for the past two years, died at his home this morning at ??: 45 o'clock following an attack last night. ... Mr. Krug was a son of Christian and Jacobina Krug and was born in Pekin Aug. 30, 1868. His first marriage was to Anna Hagney in Pekin and on Nov. 24, 1904, he married Anna M. Dully, who survives with the following children: Louis Krug Jr., Washington; Elsie V. Krug, Minier; Harvey R. Krug, U. S. Army at Camp Breckenridge, Ky., and Reuben C. Krug, U. S. Army at Camp Lee, Va. There are also two grandchildren. Mr. Krug, last of a family of six, was a farmer until two years ago, and had lived his entire life in this vicinity (Pekin Daily Times, 13 Nov 1943: page 6, column 3). [3]
