Notes - Document re: “Transfer and takeover agreement between the Jakob Stalter couple on the Kandlerhof in Gern, House No. 3, and their daughter Elisabetha and her husband, Valentin Birki for 8,140 guilders.
Munich, 8 March 1833
Jakob Stalter, land owner at Gern, House No. 3, and his wife Magdalena née Nazin [sic], for whom because of her illness the community representative Johann Wimmer of Nymphenburg is present, conclude a contract with their son-in-law Valentin Birky and his wife, Elisabetha née Hundsicher. Because of the latter’s illness Benno Erlacher, baker master from Nymphenburg appears with power of attorney.”
Note: The contract is for transfer of property purchased from the King of Bavaria on 1 July 1830, namely House No. 3, its built-on cowstall, some other sort of stall, and some sort of house with a bake oven.
