    • “The couple lived for a short time in Ohio before moving to Elm Grove, Township, Woodford Co., IL, where Joseph bought a farm. After a time, Joseph returned to Ohio for a visit and was taken sick at Springfield, OH, where he died. His son Joseph sustained much of the burden of supporting his family after his father died.” [4]
