      Ingold.- Katie, daughter of Daniel and Magdalena Grieser, was born in Baden, Germany, Jan. 15, 1877; died at the Washington (Ill.) Nursing Home, Aug. 30, 1968; aged 91 y. 7 m. 15 d. In 1894, she was married to David Ingold, who died several years ago. Surviving are 3 daughters (Mrs. Lydia Weaver*, Mrs. Mary Slagell, and Mrs. Catherine Knox), 4 sons (Ray, Harvey, Joe, and Daniel), 34 grandchildren, 92 great-grandchildren, and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She was the last of a family of 8 children. She was a member of the East Bend Church, where funeral services were held Sept. 2, with J. A. Heiser and Norman Kauffman officiating.

      Mrs. Katie Ingold died Saturday (August 31, 1968) at Washington Nursing Home, Washington, Illinois.

      Her funeral will be Monday (September 2, 1968) at East Bend Mennonite Church, Fisher, Illinois. Burial will be in East Bend Cemetery, Washington, Illinois.

      She was born on January 15, 1877 at Baden, Germany, a daughter of Daniel and Magdelena Greiser. She came to America when she was 1 year old.

      She married David Ingold on February 7, 1894 in Fisher, Illinois. He preceded her in death.

      She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Lydia Weaver of Peoria, Illinois; Mrs. Mary Slagel of Eureka, Illinois; and Mrs. Catherine Knox of Gibson City, Illinois; four sons, Roy Ingold of Paxton, Illinois; Harvie Ingold of Fisher, Illinois; Joseph Ingold of Urbana, Illinois; and Daniel Ingold of Goshen, Indiana; 34 grandchildren; 92 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

      Three sons and a daughter preceded her in death.

      She was a member of East Bend Mennonite Church, Fisher, Illinois. [6]
