      Oyer.- Elsie L., daughter of Christian and Katherine (Zehr) Oyer, was born at Roanoke, Ill., Jan. 23, 1894; died at Burnham City Hospital, Champaign, Ill., Oct. 8, 1977; aged 83 y. Surviving is one brother (Samuel). She was a member of the East Bend Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Oct. 11, in charge of Wilbur Nachtigall and Phil Helmuth; interment in East Bend Mennonite Cemetery.
