Wayne E. Ingold died Friday (September 17, 1999) at his home in Morton, Illinois.
His funeral will be Tuesday (September 21, 1999) at First Mennonite Church, Morton, Illinois. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Tremont, Illinois.
He was born on October 30, 1924 in Fisher, Illinois, a son of Harve H. and Esther P. Heiser Ingold.
He married Velma J. Schrock on August 26, 1948 in Morton, Illinois. She survives.
Other survivors include one son Michael Wayne (Debbie) Ingold of Morton, Illinois; one daughter, Vicki L. (Bill) West of Morton, Illinois; two brothers, Dale Ingold and Clyde Ingold both of Fisher, Illinois; one sister, Vivian Ingold of Fisher, Illinois; two grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Ingold was first employed by Morton Buildings in Morton, Illinois for 16 years and retired from Morton Metalcraft in Morton, Illinois in 1988 after 22 years employment there.
He was a member of the First Mennonite Church in Morton, Illinois and was very active in the Mennonite Relief Sale for many years.
