    • Anna may be the daughter of Peter Engel and Anna Zehr according to source.
      Another source gives her father as Christian Engel (1690-1765), a Cultivateur At Assenoncourt 1750.
      Neither of these “father’s’” dates fit well with Anna’s. Source says her ancestry is not known. [3, 4]
