      Birkey, Dorothy M., daughter of Joe and Ida (Zehr) Birkey, was born at Danvers, Ill., Sept., 19, 1912; died at Covenant Medical Center, Champaign, Ill., Aug. 25, 1990; aged 77. Surviving are 4 brothers (Earl, Harlan, Raymond, and Leslie Birkey) and 2 sisters. She was a member of East Bend Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Aug. 29, in charge of Millard Osborne; interment in East Bend Mennonite Cemetery.
