  • Notes
    • Rauschenburg (Rauschenbourg), an estate near Ingweiller (Ingwiller) in Alsace listed in the Dutch [[Naamlijst der tegenwoordig in dienst zijnde predikanten der Mennoniten in de Vereenigde Nederlanden|Naamlijsts]] of 1775 and 1780 ("Ruseburg" in the district "Leeuwenhoff") as the seat of an Amish Mennonite congregation, of which Nikolaus (Nicolaas) Koch was an elder and Abraham Oesch (Esch) a preacher. According to Hermann Guth, Amish Mennonites were leaseholders on the estate at the middle of the 18th century and the district was then known as Löwenhaupt. Oesch was likely the son-in-law of Koch.
