  Fanny was buried on Mar 3, 1906. According to her death certificate she died in child birth. There are no other "Fail" memorials at Mt. Olivet Cemetery and there is no child for Lewis Fail listed that would match a birth date of 1906. It is presumed then that her child died with her in childbirth. [1]
