    • Obit:
      EL PASO-- Roy Zehr, 53, an airplane dealer in El Paso since 1936 died at 2:20 a.m. Sunday of a heart ailment He had been ill only one day.

      He was taken to the Vincent Memorial Home where services will be held at 2 p m Tuesday. The Rev Jack B North will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery with Masonic Rites. 

      Mr Zehr was born Nov 14, 1898 near Flanagan a son of Samuel and Elizabeth Lehman Zehr. He married Florence Harris Dec 30, 1919. He was a Veteran of World War I and engaged in farming until they moved to El Paso.
      Survivors are his wife, a son Wayne of El Paso; a daughter, Reta, at home; three brothers, Albert of Meadows, Arthur of Gridley, Lester of Graymont; a sister Miss Elsie Zehr of Meadows and two grandsons.

      A sons and three brothers preceded him in death.
      Mr Zehr was a member of the Mennonite Church and and the Masonic Lodge. [3]
